A salad and bagel bar in Shrewsbury’s popular Market Hall that serves Tom’s handmade breakfast bagels and his own-recipe granola.
His menu of breakfast bagels changes regularly. Favourites include avocado, cream cheese, lemon and dill; roasted Portobello mushroom with Dijon mustard and Dolcelatte cheese and cheese omelette and mushroom. Alternatively start the day with avocado on sourdough with lime, chilli and a drizzle of olive oil.
Tom’s granola is a combination of almonds, oats, hazelnuts, golden raisins, almonds, dried cranberries, maple syrup and desiccated coconut, served with yoghurt and Tom’s own compote of seasonal fresh fruit along with a dash of honey from his own bees.
