Tanners: Spotlight on Cabernet Sauvignon

The spotlight events focus on grape varieties from across the world, and their varying styles. This autumn is Cabernet Sauvignon. Whether you're familiar with this or not it is one of the most famous grapes, be it on its own or in a blend, this must be a grape most have tried – but how much do you know about it? If you want to brush up on your wine knowledge or seek to broaden your palate, you'll find something to love about Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tanners will host an informative and fun evening, as an ode to Cabernet Sauvignon, from the robust to the fruit driven. Eight wines will be tasted from across Tanners's portfolio looking at both the more obvious and niche styles from across the world. To finish, you will put your newly learnt knowledge to the test with a blind tasting – will you guess where it’s from?

The evening will conclude with a fork-buffet supper.
