Visit the Magical Yule Grotto

Hidden above Highly Flammable Studio’s Festive Fayre on November 30th, you’ll discover a cosy little wintery nook. 

Here, the kind and enchanting Yule Queen will greet you to tell you stories about magic and nature during this time of year.

This is a unique and alternative family activity for the festive period. Perfect for curious little ones who enjoy exploring the magic of winter in a way that’s gentle on the senses.

Sessions in the grotto are around 10 minutes long. While you wait, you’ll be looked after by an eccentric mythical creature and there will be peaceful colouring activities for the family in our waiting area.

Included in your booking is a small gift for each child, and a professional photograph of them inside the grotto. Make sure to leave your email address with our photographer.

The Festive Fayre on our first floor will be open from 10-4 and is free to attend. There will be family friendly arts and crafts workshops to drop in (these are pay on the day), plus drinks and nibbles.

Note: this grotto is up two flights of stairs so is unfortunately not wheelchair or pushchair accessible. We have a small hallway that we can temporarily store prams in while you are in your sessions - let a member of staff know.
