Writing & illustrating humorous poetry with Mark Bardsley

Poet and illustrator Mark will provide his take on how to make a poem funny including a look at his own work and that of some of his favourite humorous influences.

He uses illustration to enhance his writing and will discuss how he combines the two, particularly related to writing for children. Whether you are already developing a project or merely have a general interest and just want to enjoy the discussion, you will be most welcome.

Includes a Q & A session and 1 to 1 advice. Feel free to bring project samples if you have any and would like constructive feedback.
