Job Information

Radfield Home Care, a premium and multi-award-winning home care provider in the UK, is seeking a motivated Creative Content Executive to join our national office team. This is a fantastic career opportunity for you to showcase your skills in content creation, social media, photography, and videography while supporting our marketing efforts and upholding our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Content creation and management:

  • Write and edit content for articles, press releases, team profiles, social media posts, webpage content and awards entries.
  • Develop content for physical marketing materials.
  • Proofread and edit content from our agency and local offices.
  • Ensure all content reflects diversity and inclusion principles.

Social media management:

  • Publish, monitor, respond to, and report on social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Handle content publishing and reporting.
  • Advocate for the brand across all social media channels.

Photography and videography:

  • Capture engaging photos and videos for team and profile photography.
  • Create dynamic social media content primarily using mobile phones.
  • Use basic graphic design skills to assist in the creation of visual content.
  • Edit photos using software like Adobe Photoshop and Canva.

Qualifications and desirable attributes

Technical skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in image and video editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva).
  • Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMSs and social media management tools (Brandwatch, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and experience with keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Majestic).
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Facebook Insights).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines using project management tools (Trello,, Basecamp).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
