We're looking for a Customer Advisor to join our Shrewsbury store team 10 hours a week.

The successful candidate will be available to work weekdays and weekends.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly and approachable, and who creates a warm and welcoming environment in store. You must be confident in delivering an exceptional customer experience, which involves sharing your knowledge and passion for NYR, and demonstrating products effectively through application, mini-facials and hand and arm massages.

While previous experience in the beauty or wellbeing retail space is desirable, it’s not a deal breaker. If you feel confident to engage with customers and get them excited about products, and you have a passion for beauty, skincare, wellbeing or therapies (or all of the above!), that’s a great start…. We can support you with building your knowledge along the way!
