Live Music Festival set to take place in Shrewsbury Quarry

Fake Festivals are the UK’s only Tribute festival, they have become a nationwide success with locations up and down the country and now in its 10th season and with more dates than ever before we have decided to bring the show to Shrewsbury. The Shrewsbury Fake Festival will take place next August bank holiday weekend, Saturday the 27th in the town’s famous Quarry grounds, a site with a proud history of events and live music and will feature 3 top touring Tribute bands along with 5, yet to be decided, local groups. The main festival action takes place under the cover of an enormous purpose built marquee ensuring everyone will be warm and dry whatever the British weather may throw at us.

Fake Festivals are designed for the whole family, FREE entry for children aged under 10 when accompanied with a paying adult with plenty to keep them occupied in the outside entertainment zone which is part of a fenced area where you will also find all the essential food stalls to feed the family in true festival style.

The stage line-up will feature International touring favourites FLASH : A Tribute to QUEEN, performing hit after hit, anthem after anthem, always a great show with crowd participation at a high from the start, simply guaranteed to blow your mind, they will be joined on the line-up with Tributes to The Jam and Foo Fighters along with 5 of the very best local groups.

Limited tickets are still available online priced at £21.00 for adults, £11.00 for youth, and £51.00 for a family.
