Judith Kerr deposited her life’s work with Seven Stories, The National Centre for Children’s Books in 2008 and this constitutes one of the most significant collections of artwork by a single illustrator in the Seven Stories collection. This new exhibition celebrates 50 years of The Tiger Who Came to Tea, by Judith Kerr. First published in 1968, the book has been enjoyed by thousands of children who have gone on to share it with their own children, and perhaps even grandchildren too.
Enjoy 10, beautiful facsimile artworks and a tiger trail for our youngest visitors.

The exhibition of art work will be on display on the museum balcony 6 Sept – 31st October 11am-2.30pm
