Head chef and co-owner Sam brings years of industry experience and a passion for Mediterranean cooking, shaped by his time in Spain and his love of the region’s relaxed yet vibrant food culture. The restaurant sources fresh, local produce wherever possible, supporting local suppliers while recreating the warmth and flavour of Mediterranean dining.
