This hands-on Thursday evening workshop invites you to shape, polish, and personalise your very own adjustable silver ring. Perfect for curious makers and jewellery enthusiasts alike, you'll leave with a stunning piece you've crafted yourself and newfound skills to treasure.

The workshop takes place in an intimate setting in small groups to ensure you get personalised, dedicated tuition and guidance throughout the process, with hands-on access to professional tools and materials.
Workshops are held within the inspirational setting of Artisan Lab in The Parade Shops, Shrewsbury.
What you will make
This workshop is designed to give a good introduction to basic silversmithing techniques. You will make an adjustable ring in sterling silver, with the opportunity to add textures or decorative elements using hammers or other techniques to let your creativity go wild!
Ideal for
Complete beginners onwards. Please note that a good level of dexterity and eyesight is required. Over 18s only.
What you will learn
The basics of jewellery making techniques such as annealing, shaping, filing, sizing, texturing and polishing.
What's included
All equipment and materials including sterling silver to make your finished piece, plus lovely a welcome glass of Prosecco!
What you should bring
Yourself, reading glasses or magnifying glasses if you need extra magnification for close-up detail, and an apron, plus a willingness to learn and have fun!
For safety reasons please wear closed toed shoes, avoid loose clothing such as scarves and have long hair tied back.
