A new festival for Shropshire focusing on all things free-from!

Whether you follow a free-from diet or lifestyle due to illness, allergies or just to make the world a better place, Shrewsbury will be the place to be on May 18th, 2019.

Chefs Chris Burt, Richard Fletcher, Lajina Leal and Lunchbox Doctor Jenny Tschiesche will be at work in our cookery theatre showing you dairy-free, vegan, gluten-free and lo-carb delights, as well as what to pop in your children's lunchbox!

Speakers include Tom Holt and Robin Nugent on Vegan Wine, Laura Butler on reducing sugar intake and Ben Calder on allergies and food.

Those in the know from the vegan and vegetarian worlds will be on hand to answer all of your questions and our lunch stop will be run by local producers Fordhall Farm and include a variety of free-from options.

Sugar-free workshops and allergy testing will also be available, and of course, the shopping area will ensure you can get all you need before you head home.
