Hotel Chocolat will also be serving their New Ice Cream of The Gods. Hotel Chocolat wanted something no one had ever tasted before, so they went back to the cocoa bean. Instead of making ordinary chocolate ice cream, they decided to infuse theirs with pure roasted cocoa.
