St Nicholas
24 Castle Street, Shrewsbury, SY1 2BQ
Information
Situated within a converted old church, St Nicholas is home to a bar and grill on the ground floor, five luxury boutique hotel rooms, along with a cafe and bar and on the top floor. St Nicholas' philosophy is a fusion of ancient expertise with modern innovation.
The bar and grill offers farm-fresh ingredients from a small number of hand-selected suppliers, with traditional and continental beef coming from assured farms in Devon and Cornwall.
The bar serves a selection of alcoholic beverages, teas, coffees, hot chocolates, healthy smoothies, soft drinks and naughty shakes! Food available includes sandwiches, paninis and wraps, as well as sharer boards for up to 3 people.
The luxury hotel rooms each incorporate many of the original architectural features of the building. There are two king size rooms, two double rooms and a twin room.
