Shrewsbury names in top 10 happiest places to live in the West Midlands

Shrewsbury has been named by Right Move as the sixth happiest place to live in the West Midlands, placed alongside the top five which were: Leamington Spa, Worcester, Stratford Upon Avon, Hereford and Sutton Coldfield.

More than 22,000 people from 194 places across Great Britain told Right Move how happy they are where they live and the results are finally in. Hexham, Northumberland, has been ranked as the UK's happiest place to live, with Shrewsbury 6th in the West Midlands regionals and 68th in the national rankings.
