The Shropshire Wildlife Trust Visitor Centre and Shop, or The Cut, is a beautiful arrangement of buildings and garden situated near Shrewsbury Abbey.
Come and visit The Cut Visitor Centre, Shrewsbury and explore our wildlife gardens. Our shop is full of wonderful gifts, nature guides, books and an assortment of wildlife food and products.
Leaflets about our nature reserves and events can be found in our cafe area which has a selection of hot and cold drinks, snacks and ice creams.
The centre is also home to our Wild Child Garden, with a mud kitchen. Also available to hire for children's parties.
Our wildlife gardens are accessible through the centre or over the road from Shrewsbury Abbey. Here you can pass through our edible arch and see where we grow fruit and veggies. Explore the paths leading through and around an array of beautiful plants, flowers and trees, and finally take a peaceful break on our benches around our solar-powered fountain.
We also have Conference Rooms available for booking, set in the old Cadfael buildings. Please call us to find out more information or make a booking.
