The Sabrina Boat: River Tours of Shrewsbury

Join the Sabrina Boat and take in the beauty of Shrewsbury as you take a daytime cruise past the stunning Quarry Park and the town’s historic buildings. Alternatively enjoy one of the many themed evening cruises, from ghost trips to wine tastings and party nights. Sailing 7 days a week from March until the end of October.

Concession tickets are available for students and over 65s.

Daily Boat Trips

Sabrina boat runs 6 daily boat trips around the River Severn loop every day with live commentary, table service and on board town maps. The 45-minute trips run on the hour from 11-4pm from Victoria Quay, near the Welsh bridge. Dogs are welcome, toilets are onboard and there is disabled access to the boat. Enjoy refreshments from our onboard bar, offering a variety of drinks and snacks served right to your table.

Groups are welcome and we offer a number of packages which are a really good value and involve a number of other restaurants, attractions and partners in and around Shrewsbury and Shropshire.

Midweek Lunch & Cruise

Introducing Sabrina's new Monday – Friday deal. The midweek Lunch & Cruise sets sail at 12pm or 1pm, where you’ll enjoy a relaxing 45-minute cruise with accompanying commentary, after which, it’s just a short 5–10-minute walk to our partner restaurants for a light lunch.

Afternoon Tea

Enjoy a classic afternoon tea at the Orchard Cafe after your daily boat trip. Available Monday to Saturday at either 11am or 12pm.

Sunday Lunch Cruise

Combine a serene 45-minute cruise at 1pm with a delicious 1-course lunch at The Loopy Shrew booked in for you at 2pm.

Tuesday Evening Cruises

Unwind on the relaxing 6:30pm evening cruise, where the Sabrina heads upstream under the Welsh Bridge, offering a unique perspective of the town. (Running from April–September).
