Colour and Creativity Art Course with Lucy Caddel

Immerse yourself in a world of vibrant colour and tropical inspiration with acclaimed local artist and educator Lucy Caddel.

This course, for adults, invites you to explore the joys of tropical art at the historic Shrewsbury Museum and Art Gallery. During each workshop you'll improve your skills and develop your art practice. There's taught sessions with tangible outcomes working from observation, using objects from the museum collection in a wide range of drawing and painting media.

What to Expect

Known for her passion for all things colourful and tropical, Lucy will guide you from initial observation to the creation of your own finished artwork.

At the end of the programme, you'll not only take home your masterpiece, but you'll also have the chance to exhibit your work as part of the renowned Shrewsbury Arts Trail.
