Embark on a Journey of Creativity & Connection

You're warmly invited to step into a gentle space of self-expression, reflection, and reconnection with yourself, with others, and with nature. This session is designed to nourish your creative spirit and emotional wellbeing through guided and intuitive creative practices, all grounded in the rhythms of nature and mindful presence.

Give yourself the gift of creative freedom, a space to untangle the thoughts that weave through your mind, and time to explore what emerges with curiosity and care.

What to Expect:

• A soft grounding practice to arrive in the moment
• An introduction to the healing power of creativity on mental wellbeing
• A guided creative exercise to ease you gently into your flow
• A self-guided exploration of your personal connection between nature and emotion
• Space to reflect, journal, or simply sip a calming tea and be

Practical Notes: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the session begins. To ensure a safe and confidential space for all, the doors will be locked at the start time and late entry won’t be possible.

We’ve created a tiered pricing system to make this workshop as accessible as possible, while also sustaining our offering. A limited number of free spaces are available thanks to the generous support of Shrewsbury BID.

• Funded Space – Free (No criteria required, though if you’re able to, we kindly ask you to reserve this for someone in greater need.)
• Orange – £10 A community-supported price for those who may not otherwise be able to attend.
• Pink – £30 The true cost of the workshop.
• Gold – £45 If you're financially comfortable, this option helps subsidise someone else’s place - a beautiful way to pay it forward.
