Linocut Printmaking Workshop: Favourite Destination

As part of the Shrewsbury Summer of Wellbeing (21st of July to the 31st of August) josephine b design is hosting  a series of 4 relaxing two hour linocut printmaking workshops.

You will be guided to design, carve, print and take home your very own postcard sized linocut print. This particular session will have the theme “favourite destination” -  you can immortalise your favourite holiday destination, or a space that sparks joy nearer home, or even your own home - let’s bring your favourite destination to life on print.

The whole process is relaxing and contemplative, and drawing skills are not required: you can just photocopy your desired image (a simple image, preferably black and white, with clear contrast (light and dark), measuring 10 cm x 15 cm (the size of a postcard which is A6 size), and then trace the image straight onto the Lino cutting surface - easy peasy)!

Each workshop costs just £30pp including tea/coffee.
