About this event
A chance to travel through Northern Italy, visiting Lombardy, Piedmont and Veneto from Shrewsbury... This night is one of our glou supper clubs with our chef Carlotta and sous chef Ashleigh bringing the goods.
This event will be one sitting, with entrance at 6:30pm and food starting at 7pm. Each course will be accompanied by a wine pairing from our vast glou collection.
The menu consists of:
Milanese Stuffed Hispi Cabbage
Wild Street venison, saffron cheese fondue
Piemonte Handmade Taglioni
Shropshire truffle butter
Venetian Baccalà Mantecato
salted cod, creamed polenta, white wine & parsley sauce
Zabaglione & Cookies
‘boozy eggnog’
