Fee Earner - Family Law

Swift Placements are supporting a leading law firm based in Shropshire to recruit a new Fee Earner/ Solicitor / Legal Executive to join them on a full time permanent basis within the Family team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join a well-established team with interesting and varied caseloads, and one that can provide long term support and career options.

The ideal candidate with have at least 5 years PQE with knowledge in Divorce, Cohabitation Disputes, Financial and Property Issues (Including High Net Worth Individuals), Separation, Pre-Nuptial and Post-Nuptial agreements.

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Be proactive in their approach
• Have excellent client service skills
• The ability to confidently communicate with a variety of different stakeholders
• The ability to manage a varied and occasionally complex workload
• Confidently work within the realms of a comprehensive compliance framework

Experience:

• Fee Earner: 1 year (required)
• Family Law: 5 years (required)
