Job Information

Dimensions is an award-winning not-for-profit charity which promotes independence for every individual. We pride ourselves on being a values-based employer and, if you are looking for a career in care, there couldn't be anything more rewarding.

We are preparing to welcome a young lady in her early 20s into her new home in a learning disabilities community. She has autism and is embarking on a journey towards independence, and we are looking for compassionate Female Support Workers to join us in supporting her. Your role will be to assist her with daily living skills, from meal preparation to household chores, empowering her to live life on her terms.

This young lady is also eager to attend a theatre group, nurture her love for music, and maintain strong connections with her family. Neville, her faithful cockapoo, is an ever present companion who has been trained to offer emotional support. If you share an enthusiasm for music and love small dogs, you might just be the perfect fit for this role.

No personal care or medication support is needed. The lady we support is equipped with the skills and confidence to manage these aspects of her life independently as she chooses.

Your compassion, dedication, and friendship will make all the difference in helping our client find her independence.
