Bobby's is a new Mexican-inspired, independent restaurant from the team behind Shrewsbury pizzeria, Dough & Oil.

We’re looking for dedicated, experienced chefs to join our small and supportive team. As every dish served is highly considered and made in house, a passion and knowledge for food and cooking in a commercial kitchen are essential. While our kitchen is fast-paced during service, there is a strong emphasis on quality as well as speed.

Duties
- Assist in food preparation and cooking, bringing new ideas and culinary knowledge to the table
- Maintain high cleanliness and organisation in and around the kitchen area
- Follow exacting food safety standards and guidelines

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a must
- Knowledge and proficiency of food preparation techniques
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work well in a small team in a fast paced environment

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
