Restaurant Server

Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Restaurant Servers. As a server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanour upon arrival.
• Guide guests through the menu, provide recommendations and answer any questions they may have about food and beverages.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them regularly and addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide efficient and seamless service.
• Process payments and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
