Mini Mural Trail: Myths, Legends and Folktales of Shropshire
This county is full of stories. From haunted houses to phantom coaches, buried giants to sleeping dragons, wayward sons to mad earls, explore them all this autumn with Original Shrewsbury's new Mini Mural Trail.
This Halloween, pick up your free trail map from Shrewsbury Museum's gift shop or 20+ other venues around the town centre, and follow the map to find artworks inspired by Wild Edric, the Loggerheads, and even a visit from the Devil himself...
(While this trail is suitable for all ages, some of the folklore of Shropshire covers darker themes such as grief, war and death. If reading the tales to little ones, parental discretion is advised!)
About the Artists
Our new trail map was designed by Charlotte Tisdale, who you might remember from our 2021 Mini Mural Trail. She also designed mural number 22, The Wrekin Giant.
