We offer a free 30-minute meeting for Family and Matrimonial Law. We do not offer a free 30-minute meeting for other areas of law.
- Is there step-free access?
Yes, whilst our back door from the car park has a number of steps, our front door has only a small step (portable ramp available, just ask).
We have one meeting room on the ground floor which is wheel chair accessible - wider door which opens outwards, and an accessible toilet on the ground floor.
We also have a hearing loop.
- Are children welcome?
If clients have meetings, they can bring their children along if necessary.
- Can I bring my dog?
Assistance dogs are welcome.
- Where's the best place to park?
We have our own car park for clients which is to the rear of our building. It is controlled by ANPR cameras, so visitors need to put their registration in to the tablet on reception when they arrive.
- What's the nearest bus stop?
The nearest bus stops are on either Frankwell roundabout or Barker Street.
- How do I find you?
Our offices are beside the Welsh Bridge, on the Frankwell side of the river.
- How can I pay?
We accept card payments over the phone, direct bank payments via BACS, cheques or cash (maximum cash £500.00)
- Do I need to book?
Whilst we welcome walk ins, if specific advice is needed, we recommend calling to make an appointment, to ensure we have someone available to help and avoid a wasted journey.
- How far in advance should I book?
Depending on availability, we might have appointments within a few days, but generally a few weeks would be better.
- How long does an appointment take?
Most appointments are probably an hour, some can be a lot longer.
