In the heart of beautiful Shrewsbury, this independent boutique hotel is dedicated to bringing a new level of hospitality to the business and social life of the historic town. Each of the 22 rooms we offer are individually designed with contemporary bathrooms; the interiors are fresh and calm and include limed oak, silks and linens.
The restaurant is renowned for its delicious seasonal menus and fine-quality ingredients and has been awarded AA2 rosettes. Casual dining is also an option in the oak-beamed Inglenook bar beside the roaring log fire. The Crystal Room is the perfect venue for private dining and weddings. The bar serves a selection of real ales and wines by the glass.
The hotel cottages, Stables, Hotspur and Studio 45 provide self-catering options for larger parties.
