Taste of Shrewsbury is a small family business offering both takeaway and eat-in facilities, including the gallery tea room that seats thirty-two people.
The standard menu offers sandwiches, baguettes, paninis, homemade soups, and jacket potatoes. There is also a seasonal specials menu and afternoon tea menu with renowned cream teas. Fresh, homemade juice and smoothies are prepared in store.
Taste of Shrewsbury also sell artisan bread, including various focaccias, soda breads, sourdoughs and rye.
The Loft is available for meetings, with tea and coffee included. Contact the Taste of Shrewsbury team to find out more.
Outside catering and working lunches are also provided.

Yes, we serve them every day from 9 - 11.30am!

Yes. There is a slight ramp to ground floor cafe.

Yes, we welcome children, and have high chairs and children's food options available.

Yes, we are very dog friendly and offer treats and water to all doggy visitors. We even have a 'Woof Wall Of Fame' with photos of our canine customers!
- Where's the best place to park?
There is blue badge parking directly opposite the cafe, as well as on street parking both on our street and the adjacent Claremont Street. Bridge Street and Barker Street car parks are a short walk away.

The nearest bus stop is on the High Street, 40 metres away.

We are on Mardol, opposite Lakeland.

Yes, delivered and in store.

We offer both delivery and collections.

We take walk-ins only, no need to book.

Yes we cater for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diets, and all allergens - just speak to us.

Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, and quiet areas. There is a minimum spend for laptop users - ask us in the cafe or give us a call.
- Do you host private events or group bookings?
