The cottage sits on the edge of the Quarry, just 200 yards from the riverfront and a short stroll to reach the bustling town centre.

The cottage boasts open-plan living downstairs with a modern kitchen and breakfast bar overlooking the garden. With a living room that includes a television with access to online services and a smart speaker. Upstairs has two double bedrooms and a large bathroom with a shower.
