50th Birthday Charity Ball for Shropshire Mental Health Support

Join us for our 50th Birthday Charity Ball on July 6th, 2024. We promise to offer a glamorous evening with delicious food, fabulous entertainment, music, and dancing, all in support of Shropshire Mental Health Support, a local award-winning charity.

Our goal is to raise funds for a new well-being vehicle, which will provide direct support to people in our rural county who need emotional support, suffer from poor mental health or are at a point of crisis. This new vehicle will provide critical support to the county that is not currently being provided by any other service and will be in operation for the next 10 years.

The current vehicle is 15 years old and has supported over 1500 people in the past 12 months, averting many crises and potential suicides, making it a critical lifeline. We believe that people who require mental health support should not have to travel across the county, particularly considering the poor public transport infrastructure. Services must be brought to their location instead.
