Shrewsbury's Big Ghost Hunt

Get ready to explore spooktacular Shrewsbury this October half-term with Original Shrewsbury's Big Ghost Hunt!

Explore Shrewsbury's 1000-year haunted history with your little ghost hunters on a special, one-off trail around the town centre. Spot 15 unique, hand-painted ghosts peering from the windows of participating businesses throughout the town, and discover Shrewsbury stories new and old on the way!

Check back for your ghost map when the trail goes live on the 26th of October.

How to take part:

1. Explore 15 Haunted Businesses
Use our trail map to visit 15 haunted businesses around Shrewsbury. While it's recommended to visit them in the order shown on the map, you can explore them in any sequence.

2. Unlock Spooky Stories & Collect Secret Letters
At each location, pick up a chocolate and ask the staff for the special QR code, which will reveal the spooky story connected to that business. Don't forget to collect the secret letter hidden at each stop!

3. Spell Out the Secret Phrase
Gather 14 hidden letters along the trail. At the final location, put the letters together to spell out a secret phrase.
