Yoga Fundraiser for Trans Rights

Come along to a fun, expressive, beginner-friendly yoga class where 100% of the profits will be given to Mermaids UK - an organisation that offers training and a support line, supporting gender-diverse young people and their families.

There are three of these classes available to attend over the summer, all at different venues around Shrewsbury. Each session is a 45 minute gentle, but dynamic movement practice with mindfulness and breath work, hosted by Alana Emily - a queer, Shrewsbury-based yoga teacher. They will be fun and beginner-friendly too! Just bring yourself and a mat.

These classes are donation based. Please book with Alana for free but then pay what you can at the end of class. Cash or bank transfers can be accepted.

I suggest a minimum donation of £5, but please donate as much or as little as you are able. Together, we will need to cover the cost of the space hire for each venue, so the more you’re able to contribute, the more we will be able to donate.
