Server/Front of House

This is a great opportunity to be a part of the UK's first Vegan & Gluten Free Pacific Fusion Restaurant! Looking for friendly, passionate and creative people who can understand our unique values and sink their teeth into being a part of the Kanu family. Looking for people who can work well in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided, we are looking for the perfect fit to join our team!

We have carefully designed our venue so that we are able to focus on cross-training as standard, so positions will include some bar and some preparation work to keep things varied and interesting!

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Creating and friendly and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
• Having full knowledge of the menu
• Taking orders
• Waiting tables
• Kitchen Porter - the whole team pulls together washing up
• Serving Drinks
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant
• Following health and safety procedures
• Flexibility with role as responsibilities also include some food prep tasks.
