Kanu Poke
Kanu Poke is your go-to for vegan and gluten-free Pacific fusion! Their artistic interior is as colourful as their food, boasting a wide menu of Poke bowls, hot plates and Pacific-inspired dishes, desserts and cocktails.
CSons
Four brothers set up this wonderful restaurant in Milk Street, with its huge glass front and cool hipster interior. CSons is committed to using produce from local growers and producers and fayre here is out of the ordinary – they aim to be different and the vegetarian offerings are often globally inspired.
Chez Sophie
Word has it that the veggie crepes are worth seeking out at Chez Sophie run by an Anglo-French couple with a passion for crêpes, Belgian waffles & shakes. All crêpes are freshly prepared and there are regular limited edition specials.

From Taco super salads to brie & cranberry tortilla with spicy carrot chutney, homemade soups and vegan mozzarella and mushroom scones – this is a veggie hideaway to be proud of in town. Taste of Shrewsbury is a walk-in sandwich, juice bar and coffee shop offering takeaway or eat in service and has seating for 32 upstairs.
Moli Tea House
Delicious vegetarian dumplings are made on site here in this oriental eatery in Shrewsbury’s award-winning market hall. Moli Tea House offers innovative vegan mini platters with dumplings including: spicy sweet potato & coriander, mushroom & kale and five spice pumpkin & ginger. Team them up with some cucumber, toasted sesame & garlic salad or Kim chi pickled vegetables and a cup of Moli’s finest jasmine & rose flower tea and you are ready to rock and roll.
