Chez Sophie is a French Creperie-cafe-bar run by an Anglo-French couple with a passion for Crepes, Belgian Waffles & Shakes, prepared fresh with original toppings and regular limited edition specials. Add in an edgy, hipster-friendly decor, and irresistible Belgian Hot Chocolates and you have one of Shrewsbury's favourite eateries.
Weekend evenings see Chez Sophie become a specialist Beer Cafe, stocking the most extensive range of draft and bottled world beer in Shropshire, all hand-picked by the cafes resident Beer Sommelier and co-owner Mat.
With its relaxed setting, rustic wooden tables and unique beer taps Chez Sophie (also known locally as 'Sophie's') is the perfect space to escape the bustling nighttime bars and catch up over a good beer.
Or if the mood takes you, fresh Belgian waffles are served all evening, along with their original hot drinks and shakes.
