Shrewsbury BID is launching FREE all-day car parking on Sunday 25th May as part of a new bank holiday weekend initiative to benefit shoppers and support traders.

Shrewsbury BID parking initiative boosts sales and footfall

Independent retailers and Shrewsbury's two principal shopping centres have reported a significant increase in sales and footfall on Sunday 25th May.

Following the launch of free all-day parking, footfall at the Darwin Centre and Pride Hill rose by 35% and 34% respectively, on last year's figures.
